Goldhome Hipot's Partial Discharge-Free Gas-Insulated Test Transformer Arrives at Hebei Zhichuang; On-Site Testing Proceeds Smoothly
Recently, a partial discharge-free gas-insulated test transformer manufactured by Goldhome Hipot was successfully shipped and delivered to Hebei Zhichuang. After the equipment was installed and wired on-site, our technical team immediately commenced a full range of performance tests, including power-up, withstand voltage calibration, and partial discharge detection. Currently, the overall commissioning and testing of the equipment is progressing steadily.

The delivered partial discharge-free gas-insulated test transformer employs an advanced SF6 gas insulation structure. Unlike traditional oil-immersed equipment, it offers outstanding advantages such as ultra-low partial discharge, oil-free operation, maintenance-free design, stable voltage rise, and pure waveforms. The equipment features excellent overall shielding, keeping operational background partial discharge levels within an extremely low range. It can precisely detect minute insulation defects in test specimens and effectively minimize testing errors, making it a high-precision specialized device for factory-level withstand voltage testing and partial discharge detection of products such as high-voltage transformers, switchgear, GIS equipment, and power transformers.
To ensure the equipment fully meets the client's laboratory standards, our technical team conducted on-site testing in strict accordance with high-voltage testing specifications, performing no-load voltage ramp-up, step-by-step withstand voltage, full-load stability tests, and partial discharge accuracy verification. Throughout the process, we meticulously monitored the equipment's operational status, focusing on verifying core metrics such as voltage output accuracy, voltage ramp-up stability, insulation sealing, and safety protection response to ensure the equipment can perform various high-voltage testing tasks with long-term stability and precision.
To date, the equipment has demonstrated excellent test data and stable operation, with no corona noise or voltage fluctuations, fully meeting the client's high-standard laboratory testing requirements. Moving forward, the technical team will complete the remaining commissioning, calibration, and on-site practical training to facilitate the equipment's early formal integration into routine testing operations.
This successful collaboration with Hebei Zhichuang once again demonstrates the reliable quality of Goldhome Hipot's partial discharge-free high-voltage testing equipment within the industry. Moving forward, Goldhome Hipot will remain committed to the research, development, and manufacturing of high-precision, high-stability power testing equipment, continuing to empower and enhance the testing and inspection operations of power enterprises through high-quality products and professional on-site services.
