The HM5002-25A Three-Phase DC Resistance Tester is a high-precision, multi-channel, portable testing device specifically designed for high-inductance equipment such as power transformers, current transformers, and electric motors [Wrindu 10A Transformer DC Resistance Tester, Doble Vanguard TRM-20]. Its greatest technical advantage lies in "simultaneous three-phase current injection testing," which significantly reduces the magnetic saturation charging time for high-capacity transformers and improves on-site testing efficiency by more than three times compared to traditional single-phase instruments.

- Three-Phase Simultaneous Measurement: Supports simultaneous output of up to 25A + 25A in three independent phases. Particularly suitable for the high-voltage side of YN-connected transformers; a single connection allows simultaneous measurement of the direct resistance of phases A, B, and C, and automatically calculates the three-phase imbalance ratio.
- Single-Phase 50A Ultra-High Current: In single-phase test mode, it can generate a powerful DC current of up to 50A, capable of forcefully penetrating the oxide layer on bushings to rapidly achieve core magnetic saturation in ultra-high-capacity transformers (such as five-column cores and low-voltage delta-connected windings)
- Micro-ohm-level Ultimate Resolution: With an extremely high resolution of 0.1 μΩ (0.0000001 ohms), it can sensitively detect even the slightest resistance fluctuations caused by broken windings, internal loosening, or poor soldering. Extremely Wide Measurement Range: The test range extends from 0.2 mΩ (milloohms) to 20 kΩ (kiloohms). It can measure the extremely low internal resistance of power transformers and easily handle high-impedance measurements of voltage transformers (PTs).
