Our international trade team coordinated with Israel National Grid experts to conduct the remote online acceptance inspection on the afternoon of September 12. Our company completed on-site installation and preparation in advance, procuring drone equipment one week prior to support the inspection. This exported HMCXZ(W) 10000kVA/1000kV zero-partial-discharge (zero-magnetic-leakage) variable-frequency series resonant test system for Israel This marks Guodian Huamei's second collaboration with Israel's national grid following the 6000kVA/600kV project. Featuring an integrated design with umbrella-skirt silicone rubber insulation, the system enhances insulation performance, reduces creepage distance, and controls partial discharge levels.
The complete system is integrated within a 20GP open-top container for convenient on-site transportation and extended operation. Primarily used for partial discharge-free withstand voltage testing of Israel's national grid 170kV and 420kV GIS, main transformers, and cables, it maintains partial discharge levels ≤3 pC at rated voltage.
