Product Overview
SF6 density relays are used to monitor changes in the density of the SF6 gas inside the switch, which is critical to the safe operation of the equipment. Since these devices are rarely activated during operation, they are prone to issues such as slow response times and poor contact after prolonged use. In some cases, the temperature compensation function of the density relays may deteriorate, potentially causing false tripping during sudden changes in ambient temperature.

- The density relay calibrator uses a high-performance microcontroller for detection and control. It has a mechatronic design with stable performance and good repeatability.
- It comes with a monochrome LCD and rotary switches. Operation is simple, and all parameters and status are easy to read.
- The instrument measures pressure automatically and converts values to 20°C. It supports dynamic compensation between pressure and temperature. It shows ambient pressure, 20°C pressure, and ambient temperature. It supports on-site calibration of SF6 density relays.
