To enhance the practical skills of frontline teams, strengthen the foundation of collaboration, and demonstrate Goldhome 's industry expertise and team empowerment philosophy, on April 1, Manager Li of Goldhome personally visited the Jiangsu Company site to conduct specialized training on the installation, commissioning, and operation of partial discharge testing systems (including power frequency withstand voltage test benches). Relevant personnel from the Jiangsu Company participated throughout the training, successfully completing the training objectives.
At the start of the training, Manager Li, taking into account the on-site conditions at the Jiangsu branch, personally oversaw the installation and commissioning of the partial discharge testing system and the power frequency withstand voltage test bench. He meticulously inspected critical aspects such as equipment wiring connections and parameter calibration, precisely fine-tuning the operational status of the equipment to ensure the entire system met optimal testing standards, thereby laying a solid foundation for the subsequent hands-on training. Subsequently, the training moved into the core practical instruction phase.
Adopting a "theory combined with practice" approach, Manager Li systematically broke down the entire operational process of the system. He provided hands-on guidance to the trainees, covering everything from equipment startup, parameter configuration, and wiring standards, to test operations, data acquisition, and result analysis, as well as specialized operating techniques for the power frequency withstand voltage test bench. He corrected any non-standard actions or parameter setting deviations encountered during the process one by one, explaining the underlying principles to ensure that every trainee mastered the key operational points.
