Products Description
Battery internal resistance tester features a colour resistive touchscreen, enabling flexible and convenient operation via finger or stylus input. This digital storage-type multifunctional portable tester delivers rapid and accurate measurement of battery operational parameters. The instrument facilitates online monitoring of individual cell voltage and internal resistance, storing and processing acquired data while issuing fault alerts to precisely and effectively assess cell condition. The instrument permits saving, querying, deleting, and exporting test data. The host computer software analyses and displays test data through various charts, automatically generating battery inspection reports.

interface description
1.Interface Description
- Test lead interface: Open the protective cover and insert the leads by rotating them into place.
- SD card interface: Insert the SD card into the designated slot.
- Charging port: For charging the meter.
- Keypad area description:
- ▲▼: Move and select.
- 0-9: Numeric keypad.
- Enter: Confirm. Initiates testing in test mode.
- ReTest: Re-runs the test in test mode.
- ESC: Return.
2.Wiring Precautions
- During testing, please refrain from attaching test clamps to screw caps, as this may compromise measurement accuracy. Instead, secure them to the pole or connecting strip.
- Where test clamps cannot be attached, select test probes (optional accessory) and connect wiring as illustrated below

The battery reference internal resistance shall be based on the manufacturer's specified value. Where this is unavailable, the meter's reading shall prevail. This parameter influences capacity assessment.
