HM5004 Low-voltage short-circuit impedance measurement is a fundamental component of routine testing. By comparing the short-circuit impedance values measured before and after a transformer experiences a short-circuit current impact, the degree of winding deformation can be preliminarily estimated based on the magnitude of change. Following a short-circuit current impact, the variation in the initial low-voltage short-circuit impedance test value should not exceed 2%.

II.Main interface introduction

 

HM5004

 

Measure: Test the short-circuit impedance of three-phase and single-phase transformers.

Browse: Browse and delete the stored data.

Setting: Set the current system time

Reserved: This function is used for manufacturers' production and debugging.

III.Parameter Setting

  Connect the voltage regulator (using external power supply), the tester and the tested transformer correctly according to the wiring diagram. When using external power supply, ensure that the voltage regulator is in zero position before energizing it.

Parameter Details:

Selecting three-phase transformer from the main interface will enter the parameter setting interface of three-phase transformer in picture 1. Selecting single-phase transformer from the main interface will enter the parameter setting interface of single-phase transformer in picture 2.

The parameter meaning of the parameter setting interface is as follows:

Serial number: test transformer number, which is printed out for easy record management

Rated capacity: refers to the nominal capacity of the transformer;

Rated voltage: refers to the tap voltage where the voltage-added winding is

Test current: refers to preparing to record the result at the current point. When the current is close to the setting current during the booster test, the instrument prompts "close to the setting current" and the buzzer starts to alarm, and the booster should be stopped at this time.

Connection Type: the connection group mode of the applied voltage side of three-phase transformer, which is marked on the nameplate of the transformer.
