HMSLQ-500A box-type Primary Current Injection is a necessary equipment for high-current field in electrical test, which is used in power plant, distribution substation, electrical equipment manufacturing, scientific research, laboratory and other units. It belong to short or intermittent working system, in small size, light weight, good performance, easy to use and maintenance .

Note:
1. This circuit operates on a 220V power supply. When the power supply is 220V, T1 wiring must follow the original company specifications.
2. For currents below 1000A, no voltmeter or S1 switch is required.
3. External copper output wires should be selected at 6A/mm², with a maximum length not exceeding 3 meters.
Precautions for Use and Maintenance
1. Upon unpacking and inspection, check whether the main circuit terminals are loose and whether the voltage regulator brushes make good contact.
2. When stored for extended periods, use a 500V megohmmeter to check the main circuit's insulation resistance to ground before use. The resistance value should not be less than 0.5 megohms.
3. Input voltage must match the rated value on the nameplate (~220V, ~350V), with a tolerance of -10% to +5%, and a frequency of 50Hz.
4. Do not operate the current tap switch under load.
5. During operation, rotate the handwheel evenly and slowly to prevent damage to the voltage regulator.
6. Continuous operation at full output shall not exceed 5 minutes. Intermittent operation shall be less than 2.5 minutes, with a duty cycle exceeding 10 minutes.
7. The high-current generator housing includes a grounding terminal. Ensure proper grounding during use.
