Goldhome Successfully Develops New 16200kVA/600kV Series Resonance Test Equipment, Leading Industry Technological Innovation

Recently, Wuhan Goldhome Electrical Co., Ltd. successfully completed the development of its newly designed 16200kVA/600kV series resonant testing equipment. With its groundbreaking exterior design and core technological innovations, this product injects new momentum into the high-voltage power testing field, while its technical philosophy and design approach provide valuable reference for industry development.

The new product's exterior design deeply integrates technological sophistication with practicality, revolutionizing the traditional bulky and rigid form of high-voltage equipment. The high-voltage reactor employs vacuum dry silicone casting technology, while the housing utilizes POM modified material molded in a single compression process. This results in a clean, smooth surface with excellent mechanical strength, significantly enhancing high-temperature resistance and impact resistance. The overall modular, building-block structure optimizes the weight of each core unit to under 50kg. Paired with lightweight equalizing covers and eddy-current-resistant insulated bases, this design reduces on-site handling and transportation challenges while enabling stackable configurations for diverse testing scenarios. This approach balances space utilization with operational safety. The equipment control cabinet employs a reinforced sealed structure with shock-absorbing rubber feet and a hydrophobic coating, enabling it to withstand complex outdoor climates and vibration environments while expanding application boundaries.

Technologically, the new product delivers a comprehensive upgrade to the series resonant system. Powered by an ARM-based intelligent measurement and control core integrating a 32-bit RISC CPU and streamlined kernel, it dynamically plots resonance frequency, voltage rise, and timing curves in real time. This enables precise capture of parameter changes during testing, reducing response times to milliseconds for faults like overvoltage, overcurrent, or detuning. It triggers multi-dimensional intelligent protection mechanisms to mitigate risks. Innovatively adopting multi-path resonance regulation technology, it overcomes traditional power supply limitations by supporting dual 220V/380V input modes. It maintains stable resonance frequency even under 600kV high-voltage conditions, achieving 15% higher testing accuracy than industry standards. This enables precise adaptation to insulation withstand voltage testing requirements for large-scale equipment like transformers, GIS assemblies, and ultra-high-voltage cables.

This development establishes multiple replicable industry technical paradigms: - Structural design resolves the contradiction between high-voltage performance and portability, providing a reference for lightweighting large high-voltage equipment. - Technical integration builds a closed-loop system combining "intelligent measurement and control with multi-layered protection," advancing series resonant equipment toward higher precision and safety. In process application, it scales techniques like epoxy resin casting and vacuum forming for large-capacity equipment, providing a practical blueprint for industry process innovation.

The R&D lead at Goldhome stated that the new product development leveraged deep collaboration between the company and research institutions, focusing on field testing pain points and industry technical bottlenecks. Moving forward, the company will continue to deepen its expertise in high-voltage testing equipment, empowering the power industry's high-quality development with more innovative achievements and delivering more competitive solutions to global customers.
