   The new product breaks through industry technical bottlenecks with its core strengths of "ultra-precise detection + high adaptability." At the core detection level, it adopts the pulse current method recommended by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), equipped with a customized high-frequency pulse current transformer (HFCT). The coil structure is optimized to a non-magnetic skeleton Rogowski coil, covering a frequency band of 1MHz-100MHz with with linearity exceeding 0.2%. Combined with a triple-layer electromagnetic shielding structure and adaptive filtering algorithms, it precisely captures faint discharge signals in complex electromagnetic environments, pushing detection sensitivity to the 2pC limit-far surpassing conventional industry equipment. The device integrates an ARM-based intelligent measurement and control unit, supporting real-time generation of partial discharge phase maps and charge variation curves. It automatically identifies typical defects such as semiconductive tips and insulation scratches, establishing a defect fingerprint database to achieve an integrated "detection-identification-diagnosis" closed-loop system.

   Tailored to cable manufacturers' production testing needs, the equipment achieves multi-dimensional optimization in adaptability and practicality. It supports factory testing for multiple cable types and accessories-including cross-linked polyethylene and DC submarine cables-covering combined insulation withstand voltage and partial discharge testing for cables rated 500kV and below without requiring additional auxiliary equipment. Featuring a modular integrated design, the test circuit and control unit are separated.
