Product Overview
The design and manufacture of the HM203B Fully Automatic Water-Soluble Acid Tester (Colorimetric Method) comply with the People's Republic of China National Standard GB/T7598-2008 "Test Method for Water-Soluble Acids in Transformer Oil During Operation" and related standards. Featuring a large LCD display and microprocessor control, it automatically performs heating, temperature maintenance, agitation, sampling, testing, cleaning, and printing according to user-set parameters. Capable of simultaneously measuring 1 to 6 samples, it significantly reduces testing time.

Instructions for use
1. Preparation process before starting
(1) Measure 50ml of the oil sample to be measured into 250ml conical bottle, add 50ml of pre-boiled distilled water, cover the matching bottle stopper of the conical bottle and put it into the corresponding slot of the instrument, connect the corresponding connecting pipe, clamp it with a fixed rod, and finally cover the box.
(2) Fix the indicator (behind the instrument), put the bromocresol green and bromocresol purple (with the corresponding label) indicators into the corresponding position, and connect the corresponding connection pipe.
(3)Connect the instrument to the power supply, grounding the instrument shell reliably, and turn on the power switch.
(4 )Instrument operation process: The boot interface is shown in Figure 1

The default national standard parameters of the instrument, such as direct selection of quick test without changing, select the cup position and directly click the start key (Figure 2), you can start the test.

After starting, enter the test interface (Figure 3), and automatically complete the test process of heating, shaking, static, testing, draining, printing data, etc. The test can be finished at any time in this interface.
Note: In automatic test, the instrument first uses bromocresol violet as indicator. If the test fails, the buzzer will warn to change the cup. After changing the test cup, press the confirm button to continue the determination with bromocresol green.

Press the system setting key to enter the system setting interface (Figure 4), which can be set: oscillation time, rest time, heating temperature, printing mode.

Oscillation time setting interface (Figure 5), set the required proper time, default 300S. After setting, press the back key to save the set time automatically.

Static time setting interface (Figure 6), set the required proper time, default 600S. After setting, press the back key to save the set time automatically.

Heating temperature setting interface (Figure 7), set the required proper time, the default 75℃. After setting, press the back button to automatically save the set temperature.

Select the printing method (Figure 8), you can choose to print automatically after the completion of the test or manually print by yourself.

The pipe cleaning interface (Figure 10) can manually clean the residual liquid in the 1-6 cup pipe and indicator pipe. If there is oil sample in the pipeline, it is necessary to clean with anhydrous ethanol. Note: The excess air in the pipeline must be emptied to avoid affecting the amount of liquid added and affecting the experimental results.
