In daily operations, it is necessary to verify through high-current simulation testing whether equipment such as switchgear, bus ducts, circuit breakers, isolating switches, and cable joints will overheat when energized for extended periods and whether they can withstand the rated current. Additionally, the turns ratio, polarity, and load capacity of current transformers, as well as the operating sensitivity of various overcurrent relays and protective devices, can all be tested using 3,000 A high-current testing equipment.
Given the strong electromagnetic interference in substations and the complex conditions at construction sites, this 3000A current booster has been optimized for interference resistance, ensuring stable test data without drift and consistent results between on-site measurements and laboratory testing. 3)This instrument supports fully‑automatic test function. Simply set the test current and duration, and its automatic current‑stabilizing system will take over the work.
