HMDBF Multiple Frequency Generator

The HMDBF is an electronic multi-frequency power supply unit developed by Goldhome. It is designed for withstand voltage tests on transformers and current transformers, and can also be used for voltage-current characteristic and no-load current testing. Replacing traditional triple-frequency generators, it features a more compact design, superior waveforms, and a higher degree of automation.

 Application

    The HMDBF series multi-frequency power supply units are primarily used to test subjects at different voltages and frequencies, and can meet the following testing requirements:

    1. Induced withstand voltage testing of electromagnetic voltage transformers rated at 220 kV and below.

    2. Induced voltage testing of distribution transformers rated at 35 kV and below.

    3. Can serve as a variable-frequency power supply for series resonance test equipment.

    4. Can function as a power-frequency single-phase voltage regulator (for conducting induced voltage withstand tests on capacitive voltage dividers).

    5. Pre-set test frequencies of 50 Hz, 100 Hz, 150 Hz, and 200 Hz (optional); touch-screen voltage adjustment (step size adjustable in real time: 1 V, 2 V, 5 V, or 10 V); capable of outputting multi-harmonic test voltages.

    6. External LC filter circuit ensures waveform distortion remains within specified limits. External compensation inductor with taps to compensate for the capacitive current of the device under test and improve the unit's load-carrying capacity.

    7. The induced voltage withstand test unit is compact, lightweight, portable, and easily scalable to high power levels.

    8. Capable of generating not only triple-frequency test voltages but also test voltages at 1x, 2x, 3x, and 4x the fundamental frequency.

    9. Simple operation and wiring, significantly reducing the requirements for on-site test power supply capacity.
