  • 1) This instrument features a new testing function for dual-winding PT transformers, eliminating the need for an external load bank during testing.

    2) The instrument incorporates a built-in multi-ratio self-boosting voltage transformer standard with an accuracy class of 0.02, enabling accurate verification of power voltage transformer errors at voltages of 1200 V and 2400 V.

    3) When measuring electromagnetic voltage transformers, the instrument employs simulated load technology. This technology calculates the load error of the voltage transformer under both rated and minimum load conditions, thereby eliminating the need for a voltage load box during calibration of electromagnetic voltage transformers.

    4) The accuracy class of the instrument's internal voltage transformer calibration unit is Class 2.

    5) The instrument features automatic sampling of calibration points, making it convenient and efficient for users to perform calibration measurements.

    6) The instrument incorporates an internal power source output with automatic voltage ramping and superior protection capabilities.

    7) This instrument utilizes our company's newly developed universal platform technology. Within this platform, users can conveniently access useful information such as historical measurement data and wiring diagrams for various measurement objects. It directly provides measurement values, rounded values, and error curves for each point, and automatically evaluates measurement results, further enhancing the instrument's level of intelligence.

f. Polarity Indication

First, perform the measurement using the "low-to-high" calibration method with an operating voltage of 2V or higher. During the test, short-circuit the test voltage transformer a to the tester x, and short-circuit the test voltage transformer x to the tester a. At this point, the error should be 200%, and a polarity indication should appear;

Note: During testing, if no polarity error indication occurs even when the voltage exceeds 10V, this indicates a fault in the instrument itself. Please stop the test to avoid damaging the instrument.
