The HM3200 Insulator Salt Density Tester is designed for pollution flashover detection in power systems. It measures equivalent salt deposit density (ESDD) on insulator surfaces, along with solution conductivity and temperature. The tester provides key data for pollution level classification and contamination zone mapping, helping to select proper creepage distances for transmission equipment, reduce flashover risks, and enhance power system safety.

No, it's not complicated-it's highly automated. Simply place the sample solution collected after wiping the insulator into the measuring cup, and the instrument will automatically calculate and display the salt density value.
2.How is the battery life? Does it support on-site printing?
Operating continuously for 8–10 hours on a full charge. Built-in micro thermal printer that allows you to print data receipts immediately after testing is complete.
