The HM3000 Insulator Ash Density Tester is a complete measurement system for ash density developed to meet the needs of anti-contamination flashover efforts in China's power grid and to align with the new standards for classifying power grid contamination levels. It comprises a precision electronic balance, a forced-air drying unit, a filtration acceleration device, and various measurement accessories.

Filtration Acceleration Unit

Comes with multiple ports to run parallel filtration at the same time. It adopts a water‑circulation system rather than an oil pump, making operation easier and reducing failure risks.

Forced‑Air Drying Unit

Adopts German‑sourced technology, featuring low‑noise fan operation and consistent stable performance.

Intelligent Microcomputer Control

After setting the target temperature, the device automatically adjusts heating power and shows real‑time heating status, enabling accurate and steady temperature regulation.

Adjustable Air Inlet

Enables manual control over internal temperature and gas exhaust volume.

High‑Precision Electronic Balance
