GOLDHOME has successfully developed SF6 gas-insulated partial discharge-free test transformers. Compared to traditional oil-immersed lightweight test transformers, this product series is 20% to 60% lighter (depending on voltage and capacity ratings) and produces no oil pollution. Individual test transformers can reach voltage ratings of up to 300 kV. Thanks to the adoption of innovative manufacturing processes, the technical performance of these products has been significantly enhanced, making them particularly suitable for on-site operations and working conditions that require frequent relocation.

2.1 Lightweight Design
Compared to traditional oil-immersed test transformers, the weight is reduced by 20%–60%, making it particularly suitable for on-site operations and working conditions involving frequent relocation.
2.2 SF6 Gas Insulation
Sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) gas is used as the insulating medium, offering excellent insulation properties, arc-quenching performance, and non-flammability. It causes no oil contamination and is environmentally friendly and safe.
2.3 Low Partial Discharge
Partial discharge levels are ≤5 pC at rated voltage, meeting high-precision testing requirements.
2.4 Complete System Configuration
The system includes a partial discharge-free test transformer, a manual control console, a partial discharge-free isolation and filtering power supply, a partial discharge-free protective resistor, a partial discharge-free capacitive voltage divider, and a peak voltage meter, forming a complete testing system.
2.5 Operational Safety
The control console features automatic overcurrent trip and zero-position interlock functions to prevent sudden voltage application.
2.6 Long-Term Stability
The annual gas leakage rate is less than 0.5%, and the gas pressure remains stable.
