The HMCXZ 216kVA 216kV system consists of a 10kW variable-frequency power supply, a 10kVA three-tap excitation transformer, six DK-36kVA/36kV dry-type reactors, a 220kV capacitive voltage divider, insulating supports, and a complete set of supporting wiring.
Application: 30–300 Hz variable-frequency AC withstand voltage testing. By combining reactors in series or parallel configurations, this system can perform power frequency and variable-frequency withstand voltage tests on electrical equipment such as high-voltage cables, transformers, GIS, switches, current transformers, and insulators.

- Flexible Reactor Configuration: Six independent single-section reactors that can be freely combined in series or parallel to accommodate test specimens with varying voltages and capacities; comes with dedicated insulated mounting brackets.
- Excellent Electrical Performance: Q ≥ 36 for a single reactor; Q = 54 in series configuration; low noise (30–35 dB); inductance error controlled within ±5%.
- Multi-Voltage Excitation: Three output voltage settings (3 kV, 6 kV, 9 kV) to accommodate various reactor configurations and test voltage scenarios.
- Comprehensive Protection: The variable-frequency power supply integrates overvoltage, overcurrent, emergency shutdown, and fault reset protection.
- Full Factory Testing: Comprehensive factory inspection covering appearance, structure, insulation resistance, DC resistance, power frequency withstand voltage, and resonance performance; the unit is released only after passing all tests.
