System Configuration: The complete system consists of six components: a variable-frequency controlled power supply, an excitation transformer, four dry-type high-voltage reactors, a capacitive voltage divider, compensation capacitors, and supporting test accessories. The reactors feature an independent modular design, allowing for flexible series and parallel configurations.

Scope of Application: Specifically designed for 66kV cross-linked cables, this system can be configured with various reactor combinations to perform power frequency and variable frequency AC withstand voltage tests on 10kV/35kV cross-linked cables, transformers rated at 66kV and below, GIS, high-voltage switches, current transformers, insulators, busbars, and other electrical equipment. It is suitable for on-site operations by high-voltage testing departments and power installation and maintenance units at the municipal, county, and local levels.

  • Variable-frequency Power Supply (11 kW)

Input: 220 V/380 V ±15%, 50 Hz; Output: 0–400 V, 30–300 Hz, 0.1 Hz frequency increments; Rated output current: 0–27.5 A; Frequency instability ≤0.02%; Integrated full set of protections including overvoltage, overcurrent, emergency stop, and reset.

  • Dry-Type High-Voltage Reactors (4 units, 55kVA/33kV each)

Single-unit rated parameters: 33kV, 1.667A, inductance 60H ±5%, applicable frequency 30–300Hz; dry-type insulated cylindrical structure with lifting slots and grounding markings; continuous full-load operation for 60 minutes, temperature rise <60°C.

  • Excitation Transformer (11 kVA)

Input: 200 V/400 V; three output voltage levels: 1.5 kV/3 kV/6 kV, corresponding to rated output currents of 7.3 A/3.7 A/1.8 A, suitable for various series and parallel reactor configurations and test voltage scenarios.

  • Capacitive Voltage Divider (80 kV/1000 pF)

Rated voltage: 80 kV; capacitance: 1000 pF; applicable frequency range: 30–300 Hz; measurement accuracy: Class 1.5.

  • Compensation Capacitors

Standard configuration includes 70 kV/10,000 pF and 35 kV/20,000 pF compensation capacitors for resonance compensation of short cables and small-capacitance test specimens.

  • Accessories: One complete set of test accessories, including test leads, insulated supports, and terminal blocks, is included as standard equipment.
