Goldhome Containerized High-Voltage Series Resonance Test System: Fully Packed and Ready for Shipment
A Goldhome containerized high-voltage series resonance test system has completed factory commissioning, comprehensive unit inspection, and reinforcement. Currently, intensive preparations for shipment are underway, including interior organization, equipment securing, shock-proof packaging, and container sealing. Once fully packed, the system will be shipped to the customer's project site.

This system features an integrated container design, housing the variable-frequency control power supply, excitation transformer, high-voltage resonant reactor, capacitive voltage divider, measurement and control system, and all supporting accessories within a standard shipping container. The layout features a scientific zoning system, including a test equipment area, a measurement and control operation area, a power distribution area, and an accessory storage area. With pre-wired and secured internal circuits and a robust, stable structure, the system can be rapidly put into operation upon arrival at the site with only a simple power connection, eliminating the need for cumbersome disassembly and repeated wiring, and significantly improving on-site deployment efficiency.
The containerized series resonance system offers outstanding advantages such as the ability to be transported as a single unit, all-weather operation, high integration, and strong adaptability. It is unaffected by complex outdoor climatic conditions and is suitable for scenarios such as long-distance power projects, handover of newly constructed substations, withstand voltage testing of GIS and high-voltage cables, and field maintenance. The system delivers pure output waveforms, high voltage regulation accuracy, and comprehensive protection functions, reliably meeting the AC withstand voltage testing requirements for high-capacitance test specimens.

During the packaging process, Goldhome's production and quality control teams strictly adhered to export and long-distance transportation standards. They implemented anti-vibration cushioning, reinforced strapping, moisture-proof protection, and overall positioning restraints to comprehensively mitigate risks such as jolts, moisture exposure, and shifting during transit, ensuring the equipment arrives at the site intact. Every detail is rigorously controlled, with high standards enforced throughout the entire process-from manufacturing and protection to packaging-to guarantee both factory-leave quality and transportation safety.
Currently, the packaging process for the entire set of containerized equipment has been successfully completed, and shipment is imminent. Upon arrival, Goldhome's technical team will immediately travel to the site to conduct on-site installation, power-up and commissioning, performance verification, and operator training, helping the client's project achieve rapid implementation and operation.
