The HMSFQ Triple Frequency Power Generator is designed in accordance with the Chinese standard GB311-61 and the Code for Preventive Tests of Electrical Equipment issued by the former Ministry of Water Resources in January 1985. Specifically engineered to meet the requirements of frequency induction voltage tests for high-voltage transformers in power systems, it is widely applied to the AC withstand voltage tests of 35-220kV series voltage transformers and the insulation strength tests of transformers in power systems. It can also be used for induction tests of wound motors and small transformers, and the 150Hz output can serve as a power supply for short-time operations.

 structure  Description

 

The structure of 3 cores and 5 columns, the core flux density at saturation flux density above the opening of the joint into fundamental potential secondary winding in the triangle (positive vector) vector and 0, and both ends of the opening should be out phase 150Hz three harmonics (zero sequence).

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

 

Q: No response after startup?

A: Verify power connections and switch positions. Check fuse status if zero - position indicator remains off.

Q: Abnormal noise during testing?

A: Immediately return voltage to zero. Inspect for loose components/poor contacts.

Q: Overcurrent alarm activation?

A: Power off immediately. Check for internal faults or external short circuits.

Maintenance Tips:

Keep terminals clean and dry

Perform monthly preventive power - ups

Annual professional calibration recommended
