To deepen technical cooperation, empower team development, and demonstrate industry expertise, on April 1, Manager Li of Goldhome personally visited Yangjie Technology in Jiangsu Province to conduct specialized on-site training on the HMCXZ-324kVA 108kV variable-frequency series resonance test equipment. Key technical personnel from Yangjie Technology participated throughout the session, working together to solidify their technical foundations and enhance their practical skills.
Tailored to practical needs and focused on the equipment's core applications, Manager Li drew upon his extensive experience in the high-voltage testing field to adopt a "theoretical explanation + on-site demonstration + hands-on guidance" approach, providing a comprehensive breakdown of the equipment's operational essentials. At the training site, Manager Li began with a detailed explanation of the equipment's wiring standards. By referencing the core structure of the equipment-comprising a frequency-converted control power supply, excitation transformer, and reactors-he clarified the wiring procedures, key points, and safety precautions. He provided hands-on guidance to trainees on proper wiring practices to avoid operational pitfalls.
Subsequently, Manager Li demonstrated the entire testing process from start to finish. From parameter configuration and automatic frequency sweeping and tuning, to voltage rise tests, data recording and analysis, and finally the voltage reduction and discharge operations following the test, he meticulously broke down every step. He placed particular emphasis on safety protocols during testing and methods for handling anomalies, ensuring that trainees gained a comprehensive understanding of the testing process. At the same time, he highlighted the equipment's key features-including its compact size, lightweight design, low waveform distortion rate, and comprehensive protection functions-as well as its widespread application in AC withstand voltage testing for 10kV and 35kV cables and power transformers, helping participants deepen their understanding of the equipment.
Throughout the training, participants actively asked questions and engaged in hands-on practice.
