Product Overview

The HM6080C High-Voltage Switch Operating Characteristics Tester utilizes ARM control combined with a CPLD chip to generate high-precision, wide-range timing signals and simulate the operation of high-voltage circuit breakers. It is designed to verify and test the time reference of high-voltage circuit breaker operating characteristics testers, as well as to calibrate the time measurement functions of high-voltage switch testers. This device can be used as a standalone unit or connected to a computer. For specific instructions, please refer to the software user manual.
Key parameters
2.1 This device can simultaneously output 12 contact positions, simulating the closing and opening of 12 high-voltage circuit breaker contacts at the same time.
2.2 It can simultaneously simulate the closing or opening times of high-voltage circuit breakers, which can be freely set within the range of 0.001–20,000.000 ms, with a resolution of 1 μs,
and an accuracy of ±0.005 ms relative to 0.001% of the reading;
2.3 The number of bounce pulses can be freely set within the range of 0–250, with selectable bounce frequencies of 1 kHz, 2 kHz, 4 kHz, and 8 kHz.
2.4 Supports out-of-phase testing.
2.5 Supports internal triggering, external triggering, active triggering, and passive triggering.
2.6 Ambient temperature: 10–30°C; Ambient humidity: less than 85%

Panel Description

1. 12-Channel Break Time:
Simulates the 12-channel contact outputs of a high-voltage circuit breaker. The first 6 channels (A1, B1, C1, A2, B2, C2) share a common ground with the black ground jack at the front end, while the latter 6 channels (A3, B3, C3, A4, B4, C4) share a common ground with the black ground jack at the front end; this is referred to as a "virtual ground." If all 12 channels are to be measured simultaneously, ensure that the two grounds are connected.
Supports setting different times for each breakpoint and supports different phase settings.
2. Active Input External Trigger:
The trigger voltage is supplied by the high-voltage switch tester under calibration. The input trigger voltage range is: 10–250 V DC.
3. Active Output Internal Trigger:
The trigger voltage is supplied by this calibration device to trigger the high-voltage switch tester under calibration. Output voltage: approximately 110 V DC.
4. Passive Trigger Terminal: Primarily used for calibrating this device.
