Turkish Clients Visit Goldhome; Comprehensive Test Bench Acceptance Successfully Completed
On April 20 , 2026, Wuhan Goldhome Hipot Electrical Co., Ltd. welcomed an important delegation of clients from Turkey. Both parties jointly witnessed the final acceptance of the comprehensive test bench project. The successful completion of this acceptance marks a new milestone in Goldhome's internationalization process in the field of high-end power testing equipment.
That morning, the Turkish client delegation arrived at Goldhome's office premises. The company's general manager personally welcomed the guests and accompanied them on a tour of the office areas and testing hall. During the discussion session, the head of the International Trade Department provided the clients with a detailed overview of the company's development history, key partners, and the technical advantages of the comprehensive test bench. Subsequently, the delegation proceeded to the production workshop to conduct an on-site inspection of the equipment manufacturing environment, production processes, and the operational status of equipment currently in production.
The comprehensive test bench subject to this acceptance inspection is an integrated testing system independently developed by Goldhome, specifically designed to meet the requirements for factory acceptance and handover testing of power transformers. The system integrates multiple functions, including no-load testing, load testing, power-frequency withstand voltage testing, turns ratio testing, DC resistance testing, and insulation resistance testing, enabling a comprehensive evaluation of all electrical performance parameters of power transformers. The equipment utilizes high-precision sensors and digital signal processing technology, achieving a measurement accuracy of Class 0.2. Equipped with a PLC-based intelligent control system, it supports one-click automated testing, significantly improving testing efficiency. Additionally, the system features a built-in high-capacity data storage module capable of storing over 1,000 sets of test records, and supports USB export and report printing functions. The equipment supports full-performance testing of transformers with voltage ratings ranging from 0.4 kV to 35 kV and fully complies with domestic and international standards such as GB/T 1094 and IEC 60076.
At the Goldhome Zone C Testing Center, the client delegation conducted a detailed, item-by-item inspection of each component of the comprehensive test bench. Goldhome technical engineers demonstrated the complete testing process on-site, covering both standard test procedures and safety operating protocols. The clients highly praised the equipment's testing accuracy, ease of operation, and level of intelligence, and engaged in in-depth discussions with the Goldhome team regarding technical specifications, manufacturing processes, and follow-up maintenance.
