Key Points for Use and Maintenance
- The input voltage must match the rated value on the nameplate (380 V, 50 Hz), with a tolerance of -10% to +5%.
- Select output wires with a cross-sectional area of 6 A/mm², and ensure their length does not exceed 3 meters.
- Never switch current ranges while the unit is under load.
- Rotate the voltage regulator handwheel slowly and at a steady speed to prevent damage.
- Continuous operation at full load must not exceed 5 minutes; for intermittent operation, the power-on time should be less than 2.5 minutes, with intervals of more than 10 minutes.
- Before use, inspect the main circuit wiring and the voltage regulator brushes; after prolonged periods of inactivity, test the insulation resistance.
- The equipment enclosure must be reliably grounded to ensure operational safety.
