The HMSLQ-3500A/10V DC High-Current Generator is a high-performance DC high-current source designed specifically for power plants, substations, electrical equipment manufacturers, and research laboratories. The unit features a modular design (intelligent control console + current-boosting transformer + electric induction voltage regulator) and delivers a DC current of up to 3500A at 10V, making it suitable for short-term or intermittent operation.

  • High-Current DC Output: Up to 3500A/10V, meeting the testing requirements for high-power DC equipment and components.
  • Dual Operating Modes: Supports motorized current increase/decrease (self-locking continuous adjustment) and momentary current increase/decrease (step-by-step fine-tuning) for precise control of the output current.
  • Intelligent Protection Features:
  1. Overcurrent Protection: The overcurrent relay activates, the main contactor opens, and an audible and visual alarm is triggered, followed by automatic return to zero (response time ≤ 7 ms).
  2. Zero-Position Protection: Automatically returns to zero when not at zero position, ensuring safe startup.
  3. Timer Alarm: Upon reaching the set time, the current automatically decreases to zero, accompanied by audible and visual alerts.
  4. Multifunctional Panel: Integrates displays for input voltage, AC/DC current, and timer, as well as status indicator lights for power, closing, zero position, current increase/decrease, and alarms, making operation intuitive.
  5. Surge Test Function: Zero-position protection can be disabled to perform rapid current surge tests.
  6. High Precision and Low Ripple: The digital meter has a precision of Class 0.5, and the DC output ripple coefficient is <0.3%, ensuring accurate test data.
  7. Split-Type Design: The control console and current booster are separate, facilitating on-site layout and heat dissipation.
