HM6070 Vacuum Circuit Breaker Tester Test Introduction Video
Product Overview

The HM6070 is a non-disassembly vacuum tester designed for vacuum circuit breakers. Utilizing magnetron discharge technology, it measures vacuum levels without the need to remove the vacuum flask. This device is widely used for on-site testing of 10 kV and 35 kV vacuum circuit breakers, switches, and circuit breakers.
Products features
- Non-disassembly testing: The magnetron coil is mounted directly on the exterior of the arc-extinguishing chamber, eliminating the need to remove the vacuum bulb and enabling rapid on-site testing.
- Fully automatic measurement: One-button startup automatically completes pressurization, sampling, calculation, and display, taking approximately 20–40 seconds per test.
- Wide range and high precision: Covers 10⁻⁵ to 10⁻¹ Pa, meeting power industry preventive testing standards.
- Portable and durable: The main unit weighs 24 kg, making it suitable for on-site use at substations, power plants, and industrial and mining enterprises.
- Data management: Supports data storage, USB export, and printing, meeting testing documentation requirements.
