Product Overview & Applications

The HM9890 Gas Chromatograph employs a triple-detector configuration with single injection, dual-column parallel operation, and single split flow. It surpasses both national and industry standards in detection sensitivity, peak resolution, and quantitative accuracy. Connected to a network-enabled dedicated chromatography workstation, it serves as the most efficient specialized gas chromatograph for manufacturers of oil-filled electrical equipment in the power industry-including transformer plants, instrument transformer factories, high-voltage porcelain manufacturers, and bushing plants-as well as end-users such as power generation plants and power supply bureaus. It offers superior performance, simplified operation, and highly sensitive detection.
Features & Advantages
★ Features a 10/100M adaptive Ethernet communication interface for long-distance data transmission;

Injector:
The injector of the transformer oil chromatograph is mounted on the upper left front side of the column oven, with its structure shown in Figure 1.7. Its temperature is set and controlled by a microcomputer controller. The uppermost part of the injector is a heat dissipation cap, beneath which a silicone rubber injection pad is embedded. The carrier gas inlet of the injector connects to the outlet of the flow stabilizing valve in the gas control system.

Note:
1. The transformer oil chromatograph is equipped with multiple injector installations, allowing simultaneous mounting of several packed columns;
2. The injector of the transformer oil chromatograph can directly mount packed columns with an outer diameter of Φ5mm. By installing different liner tubes, it can also accommodate packed columns with outer diameters of Φ3mm and Φ4mm;
3. The injector can be configured as a split injector or splitless injector by installing capillary split liner accessories or capillary splitless liner accessories. This allows the injector to accommodate stainless steel, glass, or flexible quartz glass capillary columns of various diameters.
