The ZYD series oil purifier efficiently removes moisture, gases, and impurities from insulating oil, enhancing its dielectric strength to ensure the safe operation of electrical equipment. Primarily used in power utilities and industrial enterprises, it treats substandard transformer oil, instrument transformer oil, switchgear oil, and similar fluids.

Control panel operating procedures

1.The external wiring of the control panel is shown in the electrical wiring diagram. Connect the 380V three-phase fourire AC power from the lower left hole of the electrical control cabinet, and ensure the control panel is reliably grounded.

2.Close the main power switch, the power light on the control panel will light up, indicating the power is connected.

3.During heating, turn on the temperature controller switch; the red light being on it is in the preparation state. Then, set the temperature control knob to the working temperature to start heating the oil. When the oil temperature reaches the set, the temperature controller will automatically turn off the heater. Therefore, it has the functions of automatic heating and constant temperature control.

4. After stopping the operation, the main power switch, and then lock the electrical control cabinet door.
