AC DC Withstand Voltage Test

The HM-YDJZ-5/50 AC/DC Voltage Test Device is fully customised to client requirement. This equipment is designed for AC and DC withstand voltage tests and can operate continuously for 60 seconds at rated power output. Using the principle of resonance, the device generates high test voltages, applying values exceeding operational voltage levels to evaluate product insulation integrity, identify defects, and ensure safe equipment operation.

1.Set: it is parameter setting interface, click this button, it will enter in to parameter setting.
2.Auto: it is automatic operation mode, click this button, it will enter into the automatic testing interface.
3.Manual: it is manual operation mode, click this button, it will enter into manual testing interface.
4.Data: it is the test report records interface, click this button, it can search the test records.
5.E-STOP: emergency stop button,if this indicator is red, the device can not start to do the test.

Operation Guide:

1.1 Manual test boost speed(step-length): it is range of 100-2000V / S at any set. automatic boosting rate is 100~2000V/S

1.2. Manual test step-down speed(step-length):it is range100-5000V / S at any set. automatic decrease rate is 100-5000V/s

1.3. Manual test max voltage:when it reaches this voltage,it will can not boost any more, the range 0-50kV;

1.4 Manual keep time:it is the withstand voltage time, range is from 0-9999s

1.5 Alarm Voltage: when the testing voltage value is over the setted voltage, the main contactor will be turned off, the test stop,the setted voltage setting value is 1.1 times of required testing voltage value. For this set, the AC alarm HV voltage is 55kv. DC alarm HV voltage is 80kv.

1.6 Alarm LV current: when the low voltage current value is over the setted low voltage current value, the main contactor will be turn off, test stops. The alarm LV current value range is 0-26 A at any set

1.7 Alarm HV current: when the HV leakage current value is over the setted HV leakage current value, the main contactor will be turn off, test stops. The alarm LV current value range is 0-100mA at any set

1.8 The first stage, second stage and third stage test voltage: it is used in the automatic test mode, during the test, you can set each stage's testing voltage according to your test requirements. The range is 0-50kV, DC 0_70KV

1.9 The first stage, second stage and third stage keep time: keep time is one withstand voltage time ! it is used in the automatic test mode, during the test, you can set each stage's withstand voltage time according to your test requirements, the range is 0-9999S

2.0"USE" button, when this button color is green, it means this stage can be active. you can start to boost.

2.1 "STOP" button, when this button color is red, it means this stage is in Deactivation.

2.2 The first stage, second stage and third stage boost speed: it means the each stage's boost step-length, you can set the step-length according to your test requirements during the automatic test mode.

2.3.Automatic test step-down speed: when the automatic test is finished, the regulator will back to Zero. this is for setting the back to Zero's speed. Setting range is 100-10000V/S .

2.4 : Switch to AC Test parameter interface setting , or DC Tester Parameter Interface setting.

Remark:

1.) when change AC test to DC test, first, we need change the button from AC test to DC test in the interface

2). then we need to cut off the power

3) turn on the back panel, and pull of the short -circuit rod on the top of the transfroemr (it has the remarks In the transformer)

4). and when we do the DC test, we have to discharge using the discharge rod.
