Construction feature

Electric insulation multivoltage tube

Air insulation,no leakage

1.Wiring:

        Connect HV multivoltage tube with ground wire, cable wire, power wire and discharge rod wire as Figure 1 

Note:

1). HV multivoltage tube ,Host, test object, must be connected to the same ground.

2). The high-voltage test wire must be suspended, no mopping is allowed.

3). The current limiting resistor must be connected when do capacitive test,Prevent damage to equipment and test object

caused by excessive feedback current.

2.Panel description

1).Operating instruction of panel for control unit

   Open power switch(the potentiometer must be reset to zero),the screen will show as like figure 2.

   Pressing down the panel" function" button to choose screen "DC HV generator" , than pressing down pane "start/stop" button ,the screen will be show as figure 3

 "IN" is the wired test mode,"IE" is wireless mode.(note:This machine only supports wired mode,please select"IN". "U 0060KV" is that the test voltage can be set according to the test requirements. Operation step as below:

   First ,pressing down panel "function" button to choose the setting voltage value you need. You can choose to adjust voltage value with pressing down panel "increase/timing" (The current setting method is the same as the voltage setting method).

  Second, when finish set, press down panel "start / stop " button to exit setup mode. If back to home page, please press screen "function" button and choose "exit", if keeping test please choose screen "start" ,than the screen will show as Figure 4, rotate the panel potentiometer to boost voltage.

  On the screen , "T1" is total time of test,"T2" is segmented timing (Press the panel "increase/timing" during the testing to time the trial for a period of time,press down panel "start / stop" button to exit segmented timing). "BU" is protection voltage (maximum voltage) "R" is Insulation resistance value,for reference.

  Note：Doing zinc oxide arrester test,after the current reach to 1mA, Press the "0.75UDC1mA storage" button to automatically reduce the voltage to 75% and show the leakage current of zinc oxide arrester.

After the test , test data can be saved by pressing the button "0.75UDC1mA storage".To exit, press "start/stop".
