DC Charging Section

(1) Utilizes a thyristor constant-current voltage regulation device; rated output voltage ±100kV, rated output DC current 10-200mA;

(2) Employs an oil-immersed charging transformer with secondary voltage 50kV and rated capacity 10kVA;

(3) Utilizes 2DL-300kV/500mA high-voltage rectifier silicon stacks with reverse withstand voltage of 300kV and average current of 0.5A. The high-voltage rectifier silicon stacks are mounted on the chassis and can automatically switch charging voltage polarity via a transmission mechanism. A polarity switch conversion button is provided on the control console;

(4) Protective resistor for high-voltage rectifier silicon stack: Insulated wire wound tightly around an insulating tube;

(5) Dual-side symmetrical constant-current charging method employed;

(6) During automatic control, within the 10%–100% rated charging voltage range: Actual charging voltage deviation from setpoint ≤ ±1%, charging voltage instability ≤ ±1%, and charging voltage adjustability accuracy of 1%;

(7) One DC resistor voltage divider employs a 100kV, 200MΩ oil-immersed metal film resistor. The low-voltage arm resistor is mounted within the divider's bottom flange, with voltage signals from the low-voltage arm routed to the control console via shielded cable;

(8) The automatic grounding switch utilizes an electromagnetically operated grounding mechanism. Upon test termination, it automatically shorts the main capacitor and grounds it through the protective resistor.
