Insulator Pollution Degree Tester

The HPJY-32 Insulator Contamination Tester is designed to assess the level of contamination adhering to insulators in power lines. This instrument enables simultaneous measurement of both salt density and ash density on insulators, streamlining the contamination inspection process. It is highly suitable for both field inspections and laboratory use. The degree of contamination on insulators in power lines is primarily characterised by salt density (ESDD) and ash density (NSDD). This instrument possesses the capability to measure both salt density and ash density simultaneously. It incorporates pre-programmed values for common solvent volumes and insulator models for direct user access. Insulator models and surface areas support user customisation. Enhanced data storage capacity accommodates up to 100,000 test records, viewable locally or exportable via USB drive. Companion PC data processing software facilitates viewing, editing, and exporting to Excel spreadsheets.
