Goldhome Hipot received an order from a Guangdong-based company to procure a batch of partial discharge-free combined test sets and lightning impulse generators. Goldhome Hipot's sales personnel promptly engaged in detailed discussions with the company's manager to thoroughly understand requirements. Following confirmation of the configuration plan with the technical department, a bespoke solution was finalised comprising the HMGTU-50kVA/100kV partial discharge-free combined test set and the HMCJ-300kV/15kJ impulse voltage generator. After one month of production, the equipment was successfully manufactured through the collaborative efforts of workshop technicians. Senior technical engineers at Goldhome Hipot conducted rigorous factory acceptance tests on both the HMGTU-50kVA/100kV partial discharge-free combined test system and the HMCJ-300kV/15kJ impulse voltage generator, confirming full compliance with national standards and client specifications. On 23 February 2023, the HMGTU-50kVA/100kV Partial Discharge-Free Combined Test System and HMCJ-300kV/15kJ Impulse Voltage Generator manufactured by Goldhome Hipot were successfully dispatched.

The HMCJ-300kV/15kJ Impulse Voltage Generator produces impulse voltage waves to evaluate the insulation performance of electrical equipment against atmospheric and operational overvoltages. It generates standard lightning impulse waveforms, truncated lightning impulse voltages, standard operational impulse waveforms, and user-specified non-standard impulses including steep-fronted waves. This series of impulse voltage generators is suitable for conducting impulse voltage tests and other scientific research on test specimens such as insulator strings, long air gaps, bushings, instrument transformers, and transformers.
