On May 8, 2025, Goldhome's independently developed HMSLQ 7500A high-current testing equipment was officially loaded onto a truck and shipped to Guangzhou.

On May 8, 2025, the Goldhome factory grounds were bustling with activity yet remained orderly. A set of HMSLQ 7500A high-current testing equipment, entirely independently researched, designed, and manufactured by the company, successfully completed all factory tests and performance verification, entering the final stage of packaging and shipment. Workers collaborated efficiently, carrying out processes such as shock-proof reinforcement of the heavy equipment, protection of busbar connectors, and independent encapsulation of control units, creating a scene of intense yet orderly activity. A heavy-duty truck fully loaded with the equipment was about to leave the factory grounds, heading to the customer's site in Guangzhou, Guangdong.

Product Advantages: Ultra-High Current Output, Precisely Meeting Thermal and Dynamic Stability Testing Requirements

The HMSLQ 7500A high-current testing equipment being shipped is Goldhome's flagship product in the high-current testing field, offering the following outstanding advantages:

  • Ultra-High Current Output: With a rated output current of 7500A, it meets the thermal stability, dynamic stability, and temperature rise testing requirements for power equipment such as circuit breakers, isolating switches, busbars, and transformers, covering type testing and factory acceptance testing for switchgear rated from 12kV to 40.5kV.
  • High-Precision Control: Utilizing microprocessor-based intelligent control and closed-loop regulation technology, the current output is stable with a resolution as fine as 1A. It features low waveform distortion and includes soft-start, soft-stop, and overcurrent protection functions to ensure safe and reliable testing.
  • Modular Design: The main unit, current booster, and control console are designed as separate components, facilitating transportation and on-site setup. The busbar connections use a quick-connect structure, enabling easy installation and reducing on-site wiring work.
  • High Reliability: Key power devices and coils are in-house designs, utilizing high-permeability materials and forced air cooling. This ensures low temperature rise during long-term high-current operation and continuous runtime that meets standard requirements.
  • Efficient Order Fulfillment: From order placement to shipment, Goldhome demonstrates its production capacity and execution capabilities.

This 7500A high-current test equipment set imposes stringent requirements on capacity design, heat dissipation structure, and control accuracy. From confirming customer requirements, designing solutions, scheduling material production, and assembly and debugging to final factory acceptance, Goldhome leveraged its mature flexible production system and comprehensive supply chain resources to complete the entire manufacturing process in less than 30 days. The equipment passed factory temperature rise tests and current output accuracy tests on the first attempt and was delivered on schedule.
