Product Overview
SF₆ gas, as an insulating gas, is non-toxic, non-flammable and possesses excellent insulating properties. Its dielectric strength is significantly higher than that of traditional insulating gases, and it exhibits good arc-quenching properties; consequently, it is widely used in SF₆ electrical equipment. However, as SF₆ gas is expensive and decomposes to produce toxic compounds under the influence of arcs, sparks and corona discharge, it is necessary to recover the SF₆ gas when using SF₆ electrical equipment. This unit is a specialised piece of equipment designed for the recovery and refilling of SF6 gas during the manufacture and maintenance of SF6 electrical equipment.
