Product Overview
The HM5815 series compares standard waveforms stored in non-volatile memory with the current test waveform. It provides pass/fail comparison results based on area deviation, differential area, corona discharge, or phase deviation. With its powerful functionality, precise comparison methods, simple operation, and extensive interfaces, the HM5815A delivers a perfect testing solution for the vast majority of winding products.

Specific definition for each area:
1.Voltage/div
Show the voltage of every grid
2.Waveform display area
In this area, test and standard waveforms, peaks of impulse voltage and comparison results are displayed.
3.Indicate whether a standard waveform exists. N means a standard waveform exists while H does not.
4.Indicate the waveform location in the memory.
5.Impulse voltage
Show the current set impulse voltage. This voltage can be changed by the [Modify] soft key and the number key.
6.Measurement result
Show the final measurement result.
7.Waveform
waveform is or not zoom in
8.Comparison result
Four comparison results and their final display results
9.Information
Show the state of interface selecting, availability of U disk, key lock, etc.
10.Function zones of soft keys
Show the corresponding function and parameter of each soft key.
11.Time
Display the real time.
12.Time base
This area shows the time between the two dash lines of this waveform display area in X direction. The time shown in this area cannot be modified by user but varies with the sampling rate and time base zoom.
13.File name
Show the name of the current file, *means no file.
14.Secondary display zone
Display comparison methods and their basic parameters, extraction quantity of corona
15.Sampling rate
Show the sampling rate of the current waveform, which can be altered by the [Modify] soft key and the roller.
16.Peak value
Show the peak value of the current test voltage.
