It can also be used to replace DC operating power supplies within substations during maintenance and in other applications requiring a DC power source. Secondary equipment monitors, controls, regulates, and protects the operating conditions of primary equipment, providing operators with signals necessary for operating conditions or production control.

The fully automatic transformer withstand voltage test console is a testing device designed in accordance with the latest national industry testing standards. Safe, reliable, feature-rich, user-friendly, and easy to maintain, it is primarily used to conduct insulation strength tests on various electrical products, electrical components, and insulating materials under specified voltages. These tests evaluate the insulation performance of products, identify insulation defects in test specimens, and assess their ability to withstand overvoltages. It is the product of choice for power operation departments, electrical equipment manufacturers, the metallurgical and coal mining industries, electrified railways, research institutions, and universities-all of which require withstand voltage testing equipment.

● Data such as voltage, current, time, status information, and prompts are displayed on a 4.7-inch LCD screen, providing clear and intuitive readings;

● Touch-sensitive button operation allows all functions to be configured via the buttons, enhancing the product's safety and reliability;

● Fully digital calibration eliminates the need for outdated potentiometer adjustments, making on-site use extremely convenient and ensuring easy control of accuracy (this feature is password-protected);

● The test transformer's turns ratio can be set directly via buttons (this feature is password-protected), allowing for flexible application when connecting test units of different voltage levels-truly enabling a single control console to be used with multiple transformers;

● Status alert function with fully Chinese-language guided operation, allowing for proficient operation even without the manual;

● During testing, a flashing high-voltage symbol appears on the screen, constantly reminding operators to pay attention to safety;

● Test result display function that automatically determines the test outcome (pass or fail) and reliably records the voltage at which the test specimen experiences overcurrent, flashover, or breakdown;

● Audible test result alarm: The device emits distinct alarm tones for pass and fail results, allowing test personnel to identify the outcome directly by the sound;

● Pause function: During automatic control, this function allows voltage increase or decrease to be paused at any point; the pause duration can be flexibly adjusted by the test personnel to facilitate observation of the test specimen's status;

● Automatic timing function. In automatic control mode, when the voltage automatically rises to the set value, the device automatically starts timing. When the set time elapses, the test result is displayed, and the device automatically returns to zero;

● Manual timing function. In manual control mode, the timer can be started manually. When the withstand voltage duration ends, the device automatically returns to zero (this feature is available only on benchtop models);

● Manual control mode: This mode is similar to traditional electric voltage ramp-up/ramp-down methods, where voltage increase/decrease is controlled by buttons. The equipment automatically detects upper and lower limits and provides overvoltage protection;

● Intelligent voltage ramp-up speed control: When the voltage reaches 80% of the target voltage, the ramp-up speed automatically slows down; when it reaches 90% of the target voltage, the ramp-up speed slows down further;

● Combines hardware and software anti-interference technologies to ensure stable performance and strong resistance to interference.
