HM500604

The HM5006 Transformer Loss Parameter Tester can generate a low-voltage three-phase sinusoidal inverter power supply without an external AC power source, enabling transformer capacity testing. The instrument provides its own power supply for the test circuit, eliminating the need for an external power source and making transformer capacity testing more convenient and efficient.

Transformer capacity testing cannot be performed using an external AC test power source; however, transformer characteristic testing requires an external AC test power source with sufficient power capacity.

 Product Features

2.1.1 The instrument can output a three-phase sinusoidal inverter power supply, enabling transformer capacity testing without an external AC power source, and automatically determining the transformer's capacity.

2.1.2 The instrument features a built-in battery that allows it to operate without an external power source and can be charged using an external adapter.

2.1.3 The instrument can determine the capacity of single-phase and three-phase electric arc furnace transformers as well as special-purpose transformers.

2.1.4 The instrument can determine the capacity of dry-type transformers and single-phase transformers.

2.1.5 It can identify the types of transformers conforming to Chinese national standards, including S-type, SZ-type, SH-type, SG-type, SC-type, SCR-type, SGH-type, SGZ-type, D-type, and DH-type, at 10 kV, 20 kV, and 35 kV voltage levels.

2.1.6 To facilitate measurement and ensure transformer safety, transformer capacity can be determined at non-rated tap positions.

2.1.7 The instrument is equipped with a real-time clock to record the test time at any time.

2.1.8 This instrument can measure transformer parameters such as no-load loss, no-load current, load loss, and impedance voltage, while simultaneously measuring the true RMS values of three-phase voltage and current as well as active power. During no-load tests, the instrument can automatically capture test data at preset points.

2.1.9 It can be connected to CTs and PTs for measuring large transformers, with all data displayed as direct readings.

2.1.10 No-load tests accurately measure parameters at set values without the need for voltage calibration.

2.1.11 Load tests can be performed at reduced currents, and the current is automatically converted to the rated value.

2.1.12 The instrument automatically converts test results such as load loss and impedance voltage to 75, 80, 100, 115, 120, and 145°C based on the transformer type.

2.1.13 Features a 7-inch large-screen touchscreen LCD, a fully Chinese-language menu-driven human-machine interface, tabular data management, and Chinese prompts for easy operation.

2.1.14 The instrument can automatically determine the transformer's rated capacity based on test parameters and calculate the deviation from the standard.

2.1.15 The instrument features a software calibration function, enabling automatic calibration of voltage, current, power, and phase.

2.1.16 Equipped with a high-speed thermal printer for on-site printing of test results.

2.1.17 Can store 1,000 sets of transformer capacity test data and 1,000 sets of transformer characteristic test data; data is retained even during power outages and can be retrieved at any time.

2.1.18 The instrument monitors battery charge level, ambient temperature, and humidity, and displays the battery charge percentage.

2.1.19 The instrument features voltage and current harmonic testing capabilities, monitoring harmonics from the 2nd to the 25th order, and displaying harmonic reports and bar charts.

2.1.20 Test data can be directly transferred to a PC via the USB port or saved to a USB flash drive for subsequent transfer to a PC. The PC-based background management software supports data retrieval, data management, report generation, and printing functions.
