product Overview

The HMCXZ-108kVA/108kV Variable-Frequency Series Resonance Test System is a complete set of equipment specifically designed for AC withstand voltage testing of high-voltage electrical equipment. It utilizes the principle of series resonance to generate high voltages using a relatively small power supply, thereby testing the insulation performance of equipment such as cables and transformers.
Operation Step
1.Automatic Test
Enter figure 2-1 interface,click"Automatic",enter figure 3-1 as below,click "Start",will popup a Confirmation Interface as figure 3-2.
Click "automatic", then automatically proceed to boost tuning, find resonance frequency (Resonance Freq), boost, withstand, reduce voltage, stop.

The Interface will appear in turn as follow
Tuned (find resonance frequency)

In order to better find the exact resonance frequency,The tuned of the instrument under this function is divided into two steps: rough tuning and fine tuning,both are proceed automatically, only completed tuning, automatically enter the next interface.
Because it is tuned at low voltage,the resulting high voltage will not cause any damage to the test object,so be patient.Even in the most adverse condition, the automatic tuning time will not exceed 3 minutes.
