Goldhome's Independently Developed HMCOP-50kV Ultra-Low-Frequency System Shipped to Hangzhou

On March 3, a set of HMCOP-50kV ultra-low-frequency high-voltage test systems independently developed by Wuhan Goldhome Hipot Electrical Co., Ltd. was packed and officially loaded onto a truck bound for a power company in Hangzhou. This marks another major order delivered to the East China region at the start of the new year, fully demonstrating Goldhome's production capacity, contract fulfillment capabilities, and recognition in the domestic market within the high-voltage testing equipment sector.

Technological Leadership Meets Stringent Cable Testing Requirements

The HMCOP-50kV ultra-low-frequency high-voltage test unit shipped this time is specialized equipment developed by Goldhome to address the insulation testing needs of medium- and high-voltage cables. The unit features a design that combines advanced digital frequency conversion technology with PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) technology. Its output frequency is adjustable across three levels: 0.1 Hz, 0.05 Hz, and 0.02 Hz. With a voltage peak error of ≤3% and a waveform distortion rate of ≤5%, it fully meets the preventive testing requirements for 10 kV to 35 kV power cables.

The core advantage of this unit lies in its dielectric loss measurement capability. It can simultaneously measure the cable's dielectric loss factor, capacitance, and insulation resistance during AC withstand voltage testing, providing multidimensional data support for equipment condition assessment. The unit is equipped with an 8-inch industrial touchscreen featuring an intuitive and clear interface, supports one-click generation of test reports, and has a data storage capacity of up to 64 measurement records. Photoelectric control technology ensures complete isolation between high and low voltage, guaranteeing operator safety.

Efficient and Orderly Operations Demonstrate Strong Delivery Capabilities

Stepping into Goldhome's production workshop, a bustling scene comes into view. Workers are busily and methodically packing the HMCOP-50kV units, meticulously inspecting every connection, laying high-density foam liners, and securing the wooden crates. The equipment itself, control cabinets, test cables, and accessory tools are neatly arranged by category to ensure flawless long-distance transport.

The successful delivery of this order not only marks another milestone in Goldhome's collaboration with its Hangzhou client but also represents a significant step in the company's efforts to expand its presence in the East China market. Upon arrival, the equipment will be used for acceptance and preventive testing of 10kV to 35kV power cables in the Hangzhou region, providing technical assurance for the safe and stable operation of the local power grid.
