Wuhan Goldhome Hipot Electrical Co., Ltd. supported the on-site acceptance of a 2400kVA/600kV variable frequency series resonant test system for a customer in India on October 24, 2026.
The on-site acceptance provided an opportunity to inspect the equipment configuration and verify its performance in accordance with the agreed technical requirements. The project reflects Goldhome's commitment to supplying high-voltage testing equipment for power industry customers in international markets.
2400kVA/600kV Variable Frequency Series Resonant Test System
The 2400kVA/600kV AC resonant test system is designed for AC withstand voltage testing of compatible high-voltage electrical equipment.
Using variable frequency control and series resonance technology, the system generates the required test voltage for capacitive test objects. This approach can reduce the power supply capacity required compared with conventional testing arrangements, depending on the test object and operating conditions.
