The HMZH-type SF6 Comprehensive Tester utilizes imported sensors and integrates measurements of SO₂ + SOF₂, H₂S, CO, moisture content, and SF₆ purity into a single unit, consolidating the functions previously performed by seven separate instruments into one device, thereby significantly reducing gas consumption. This instrument features high accuracy and stable performance; it also incorporates a full-color English-language LCD touchscreen display for more convenient operation.

Measurement Procedure
1. Connecting the SF6 Equipment
Connect the threaded end of the measurement tubing to the switch connector and tighten it with a wrench. Close the needle valve at the other end of the measurement tubing; Then insert the quick-connect fitting on the measurement tubing into the sampling port on the tester; connect the exhaust tubing to the exhaust port; Finally, connect the switch connector to the measurement port on the SF6 electrical equipment and tighten it with a wrench.
2. Warm-up and Self-Test
Turn on the instrument's power switch; the instrument will enter the warm-up and self-test process.
3. Check Battery Level
AC power is recommended for this instrument. When using DC power, check the battery level displayed in the upper right corner. If the battery level is below approximately 30%, please turn off the instrument, recharge it, and then continue use.
4. Start Measurement
After the instrument completes the warm-up and self-test, it automatically enters the "Main Menu." Press the "Data Measurement" button to enter the measurement interface and begin automatic measurement. At this point, open the flow valve and the gas chamber protection knob on the front panel of the tester, then adjust the needle valve on the measurement line to set the flow rate to 0.2 LPM.
5. Saving Data
Once the measurement is complete, you can save the data to the instrument. Press the "Save" button to access the operation menu; refer to the next section for specific instructions.
6. After the measurement is complete, close the needle valve on the measurement line and the regulating valve on the tester. Remove the adapter from the SF6 electrical equipment. If you need to continue measuring other equipment, do not turn off the instrument's power; follow the steps above to perform the next measurement.
7. After the measurement is complete, turn off the tester's power.
