Product Overview
The HM6090X Contact Resistance Tester is suitable for on-site maintenance of high-voltage switches in power supply departments and for circuit resistance testing in high-voltage switch manufacturing plants. It can measure the resistance value of the test sample at currents of 100A/200A.
Application Scenarios
Power System Maintenance: Measure contact resistance of main contacts in high/low-voltage switchgear, circuit breakers, and isolating switches.

- 1 Battery Level: Displays the current battery level of the instrument;
- 2 Bluetooth Icon: Indicates that the instrument's Bluetooth is enabled;
- 3 USB Icon: Indicates that the instrument's USB is connected;
- 4 Measurement Status: Indicates that the instrument is currently in measurement mode
- 5 Current Date/Time: Displays year, month, day, hour, and minute;
- 6 Current Range: Shows the output current of the power supply;
- 7 Resistance Measurement Unit: Displays the resistance unit, including "μΩ", "mΩ", 'Ω', and "kΩ";
- 8 Resistance Measurement Result: Shows the measured resistance value;
- 9 History Mode Indicator: Indicates entry into historical measurement query mode;
- 10 History Sequence Number: Displays the sequence number of previously recorded measurements in history mode; shows measurement time in measurement mode;
- 11 Fault and Error Codes: Displays current fault or error codes. Refer to Section 3.3 Test Procedure Notes for corresponding code information.
