In response to actual on-site conditions, our company undertook intensive research and development and ultimately succeeded in creating the HM5020 Capacitance and Inductance Tester, which employs a new testing method. This instrument can measure individual capacitors within a group of parallel-connected capacitors without disconnecting the wiring. It can also measure the inductance of various reactors and measure current under power-frequency conditions. With convenient wiring and simple operation, the instrument reduces the workload of maintenance personnel, significantly improves on-site testing efficiency, and provides a safety guarantee for the normal operation of the power grid.

1) Versatile and Comprehensive: This instrument can measure the capacitance of individual capacitors in a parallel bank without disconnecting the wiring (supporting both single-phase and three-phase capacitors). It can also measure the inductance of various reactors and function as a power frequency current tester, offering three functions in one unit to meet diverse on-site requirements. During measurement, the instrument displays the measured capacitance or inductance values alongside other data such as voltage, current, power, frequency, impedance, and phase angle, facilitating a more thorough analysis of the test specimen's quality.

2) More intuitive human-machine interaction: The instrument features a 240×128-pixel color LCD display with backlighting, ensuring clear visibility both day and night. It includes Chinese menu prompts for easy operation.

3) Non-volatile clock and date display.

4) Non-volatile data storage: Can store 50 sets of test data.

5) Mini thermal printer: Prints test results on demand, quickly and quietly.

6) Overcurrent protection: A short circuit in the power output will not damage the instrument.
