Product Overview
The HMYDJW-20kVA/100kV applies an adjustable AC test voltage of up to 100 kV to transformers, bushings, insulators, cables and complete assemblies, for power-frequency withstand testing and for DC withstand or leakage current testing when a rectifier is fitted.
The console houses the regulating transformer and controls, delivering 0–380 V to the primary of the oil-immersed test transformer. The transformer steps this up to a continuously adjustable high voltage, so the test voltage is raised and lowered smoothly rather than in steps - an important detail when the specimen must never be switched at full voltage.
The set is configured without partial discharge sources in the high-voltage path, which makes it suitable where the test is judged on discharge behaviour and not only on breakdown.

Automatic three-stage sequence
Each stage carries its own voltage setpoint, hold time and rate of rise; stages can be enabled independently.
Manual jog control
Raise and lower at 50–3000 V/s and 50–5000 V/s respectively, with a programmable upper voltage limit.
Layered protection
Over-voltage, leakage current and low-voltage current limits each open the main contactor; the emergency stop acts at any point of the sequence.
Zero-position interlock
The regulator returns to zero on power-up if it is not already there, and a test cannot start until the zero indicator is lit.
Test records to Excel
Filter stored results by date range and export the table directly, without transcribing readings by hand.
