Product Overview
The Goldhome HMYDJW-20kVA/100kV AC withstand voltage test system combines an oil-immersed test transformer with an automatic control console. Its control functions are designed to support test parameter setting, voltage adjustment, timing, status monitoring, and test data management.
The operating manual describes a 27-inch LCD screen and a Chinese-language touch interface. Operators can select automatic or manual test modes, configure test parameters, monitor voltage and current readings, and review test records.
In automatic mode, the system can raise the voltage to the configured target, begin timing when the target is reached, and reduce the voltage automatically when the configured test time ends. The manual also describes a stop function that returns the voltage regulator to its starting position.

Control System Features
27-Inch LCD Touchscreen
The console displays voltage, current, time, operating status, and prompts. The touch interface provides access to parameter settings, automatic testing, manual testing, and data viewing.
Automatic Test Sequence
The automatic test interface supports configured test stages. The manual describes settings for the first, second, and third stages, including target voltage, test duration, and voltage rise speed.
Manual Voltage Adjustment
In manual mode, operators can use the touchscreen controls to raise or lower the voltage. A return-to-zero function is also described.
Automatic Timing
When the configured target voltage is reached in automatic mode, the system starts the test timer. After the configured time expires, the system reduces the voltage and returns to zero.
Alarm and Protection Functions
The manual describes audible alarms for contactor closing and abnormal voltage-signal acquisition. It also identifies overvoltage, low-voltage current, and high-voltage current protection functions within the control system.
Test Record Export
