This device replaces traditional three-phase, five-column triple-frequency generators by using a variable-frequency regulator to achieve multi-frequency output.

Supports both automatic testing (one-button voltage ramp-up, stabilization, timing, and ramp-down) and manual testing (with adjustable step size, minimum 0.5 V), ensuring precise control.

Includes a built-in LC filter circuit to ensure waveform distortion <3%; an external compensation inductor (with taps) enhances load-carrying capacity.

 

4. Comprehensive Protection Features

Equipped with triple protection-overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and flashover protection-to ensure the safety of both the equipment and the test specimens.

 

5. Built-in Voltage-Current Characteristic (Excitation) Testing Function

Capable of automatically testing the voltage-current characteristic curves of equipment such as current transformers: automatically increases voltage, records current, and plots the curve.

Supports setting the rated voltage on the low-voltage side (e.g., 100 V, 100/√3, 100/3, 150 V, 220 V). The test low voltage is generally set to 1.2–1.5 times the rated value, and current/voltage limit values can be configured.

 

6. Convenient Data Management

Features a built-in file management system that supports saving test data and thermal printing, facilitating record-keeping and archiving.
