Products Description
The HMYDJ Insulating Mat Withstand Voltage Test Bench is a single-phase transformer with connection group number I.I. It uses a 220V (380V for 10kVA and above) power supply connected to the HMYDJ series operating box (set), which is a dedicated device for the insulation pad withstand voltage test transformer manufactured by our company; detailed information can be found in the attachment). The voltage is adjusted to 0~200V (or 0~400V) by the autotransformer (external for 50kVA and above) inside the operating box and output to the primary winding of the HMYDJ insulation pad withstand voltage test transformer. Based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, the high voltage required for the test can be obtained in the high-voltage winding of the insulation pad withstand voltage test transformer.

Installation instructions
1)Open the packing box with the following components;
1 left leg frame 1 right leg frame 3 connectors 1 insulating pad electrode 1 worktop 1 insulated upright post
2)Place the left and right leg frames in parallel so that the wheels with brakes are on the same side (See Figure 4);
3)Install the three connectors at the corresponding positions of the left and right leg frames, and tighten the fixing bolts (See Figure 4).
4)Install the countertop: place the countertop as shown in Figure 4, and fix the countertop with the accompanying wood screws.
5)Insert the insulation column into the slot on one side of the workbench, and place the high-voltage electrode on the workbench.
