The GTU Fully Enclosed 800kVA/800kV Test System is a complete set of equipment designed for factory withstand voltage and partial discharge (PD) testing of insulated electrical equipment (such as GIS switches, bushings, and transformers) with voltage ratings of ≤800kV. The system employs a fully enclosed SF6 GIS structure. By connecting to the test specimen via a dedicated interface in a single setup, it can perform both withstand voltage and PD tests. It is suitable for indoor installation and maintains a low PD background even in unshielded environments.

- Fully Enclosed GIS Structure
All components (transformers, capacitors, reactors, etc.) are housed in separate metal enclosures and utilize SF6 insulation. The annual gas leakage rate is <0.5%, and the system offers strong environmental adaptability (with no special requirements for altitude or humidity).
- Ultra-Low Partial Discharge Performance
The system exhibits partial discharge levels of <1 pC at 80% of rated voltage (640 kV) and <2 pC at 100% of rated voltage (800 kV), meeting the requirements for high-precision insulation diagnostics.
- Intelligent Control System (GTU-TC-800/800)
Equipped with a 27-inch LCD screen, PLC control, and a human-machine interface, it supports automatic/manual voltage ramp-up, segmented voltage ramp-up timing, overvoltage and overcurrent protection, zero-return detection, safety door locking, and other functions, and is capable of RS-232 communication and data printing.
- Integration and Compatibility
The system includes an isolation filter (which attenuates high-frequency interference by >40–60 dB in the 40 kHz–1 MHz range), a compensation reactor (electrically switched with continuously adjustable compensation capacity), and measurement/coupling capacitors, ensuring test waveform distortion ≤3%.
- Modular Shipping and On-Site Assembly
Equipment is typically shipped as a complete unit. For extremely tall or large equipment, it can be disassembled for shipment and then reassembled and retested on-site by the manufacturer's technical personnel to ensure that the delivered performance matches the factory specifications.

A: Rated input voltage: 380V, two-phase. It must be two-phase; the on-site power distribution system must include a high-capacity (200A) two-phase circuit reserved for this purpose.
Q: What is the internal gas pressure of the equipment during transport?
A: During transport, the SF6 gas pressure should be reduced to within 1.2 Pa (near vacuum).
